Onboard Trainer Overview

The Onboard Trainer is responsible for delivering training and development programmes to all of the onboard crew. At the centre of what they do is the delivery of the White Star Service Academy training programme. Making sure that the crew are well trained as well as aware of safety and related issues is absolutely central to this position. It is the responsibility of the Onboard Trainer to make sure that the highest levels of learning and development are offered onboard and that it is delivered in a fun and engaging way.
