Housekeeping

Cunard housekeeping roles include Stateroom Stewards, Butlers, Tailor, Laundry Staff, Florist and Housekeeping Assistants. The team works hard to deliver White Star Service and ensure the guest and crew areas of our ships meet our high standards.

Stateroom Stewards and Butlers

Interacting with guests on a daily basis, Stateroom Stewards and Butlers have a real opportunity to create unforgettable holiday happiness. These roles are responsible for cleaning staterooms and adjacent corridors, changing and restocking linen and toiletries, managing stateroom deliveries and maintenance queries, and supporting with room service and baggage services on embarkation / disembarkation days.

In addition, Butlers assist with guest unpacking/packing, book services such as spa, dining and shore experiences, deliver Cunard’s Pillow Concierge and shoe shine service, and provide food and beverage services on request, including planning, organising and hosting dinner parties in the suites.

Laundry

Helping to maintain Cunard’s high brand standards for guests and colleagues, the laundry team are responsible for laundering /dry cleaning linen and towels, Cunard uniforms and guest personal items.

A busy hub of activity, the team work closely together to wash, dry, feed, fold, stack and move all items processed within the laundry area on a daily basis. Ensuring equipment is maintained and in full working order, the laundry team also complete quality checks on each item before returning it to guest areas and colleagues.
