In Future Cruise Sales / Shore Excursions we help the guests decide where they would like to go when they go ashore. We also help them choose their next dream holiday with us, tailoring it to their needs; we truly are the ship and destination experts. We see ourselves as true brand ambassadors and we get involved with everything from marketing and events through to social evenings to help guests get the most from their time with us. We work closely with the port presenters too, to make sure that they have all of the information that they need to do a great job. To succeed in this role you have to have first class communication skills, coupled with the ability to build rapport with our guests quickly.
